Why we built Fun2Sub
Fun2Sub started with a simple observation: in a busy Subway during the lunch rush, the phone is the first thing to get ignored — and every ignored ring is a lost order. The crew isn't doing anything wrong. They're making sandwiches for the customers in front of them. The phone just loses.
We set out to build a voice assistant that could genuinely take a Subway order — not a phone tree, not a “press 1 for catering” menu, but an AI that knows the menu, confirms every topping, and drops the order straight into the POS the store already uses. That product is Jara OMS.
Food ordering is where we start, not where we stop. The same end-to-end approach — voice AI wired directly into a business's existing systems — applies to retail customer inquiries, and that's where we're headed next.
Our mission
Every call answered. Every order accurate. No new systems to learn.
We believe AI voice assistants will become standard front-of-house infrastructure for food and retail — and the ones that win will be the ones that integrate invisibly into how a business already operates.
The team
We're a small team with backgrounds in AI/ML engineering and hands-on food service operations — we've been on both sides of the counter and the codebase. Founder bios and photos are coming soon; in the meantime, we're happy to introduce ourselves directly.
